Kelly Burnette

Vice President of Business Development

Kelly Burnette joined the team as Vice President of Business Development at Fenco Solutions in June 2024. Her professional journey is marked by a passion for generating new business opportunities and cultivating long-lasting partnerships.

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience in the design, building, and construction industry. Kelly excels in fostering deep and meaningful relationships with customers, as well as creating comprehensive product offerings and innovative solutions. Kelly’s proven track record in driving business growth and her commitment to excellence will empower us to better understand and meet our customers’ project needs. Her deep understanding of industry dynamics, strategic vision and adept partnership-building skills, make her a perfect fit for our team.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys the great outdoors and traveling with her family, and is actively engaged as a volunteer for multiple community initiatives.

Michael Holden

Michael Holden

Plant Manager

Mike joined our team in the summer of 2023 assuming the role of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Manager following 20 years in the Air Force specializing in aircraft maintenance production, quality, and safety. Currently, Mike serves as plant manager where he oversees plant safety, production management, quality, and facilities and maintenance management. He holds a Master’s in Management from American Military University as well as a Six Sigma and OSHA Certifications.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
